Saturday Style inspiration: Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

Today's Style inspiration is a blast from my fashion past, as well as a brilliant two-for-one. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are responsible for getting most of my generation interested in fashion. When I was little I wanted to be an Olsen twin. I owned all the movies (On Video probably) and I distinctly remember taking a picture of Ashley into the hairdressers when I was 12 and asking for the same haircut. It looked amazing on her, but horrendous on me.

The twins successfully managed to make that difficult transition from child stars to fashionable adults, without going the same way as Lindsay Lohan on us. Now no longer film stars, they own the most amazing clothing range I've ever seen- Elizabeth and James. If you say you didn't want to be an Olsen when you were little, you're definitely lying!

Saturday Style inspiration: Shay Mitchell

This weeks ultimate girl crush is Shay Mitchell. Stunningly beautiful,an amazing actress and even a fashion blogger. Is there anything this girl can't do? The 25 year old Canadian actress/Blogger gets her amazing looks from her half Filipino half Irish heritage, and the fact that she's 25 and could pull off looking 18, means most women will want to know what skincare shes using! I've been catching up on Pretty Little Liars this week and just googling how to get my hair as amazing as hers, it isn't fair that I can't have a hair stylist!

Saturday Style Inspiration:Olivia Palermo

I've decided to start a new weekly feature, Saturday Style Inspiration! This week I've been Girl-crushing on Olivia Palermo, and coveting her entire wardrobe.

I love her effortless style, because let's be honest here, she doesn't feature on most street style pages for no reason. I also love her hairstyle, and I wish my hair looked that good all the time. She knows the importance of having key pieces in your wardrobe, and has mastered the art of statement clothes to tie everything together, and make every look different. My favourite look is the Tartan blazer pictured below. I just love the simplicity of the outfit, and how the jacket just makes her look stand out from the crowd. I could definitely take a few lessons in dressing myself from her!
I'm going to watch The City now, Obsession isn't the word!

Style inspiration: Angela Scanlon

I'm one of those people who could quite happily spend their life sitting on Google  with a cup of tea looking at pictures of people who inspire me. Angela Scanlon is a big inspiration to me style-wise, and i'll admit I had never heard of her until very recently, but now I'm a little (Not creepily) obsessed with her. I just love how laid back her style is, and how she manages to look so effortlessly put together all the time. I hate wearing jeans, because I always feel I look scruffy, but she manages to look so dressed up while wearing them, I am jealous!

I also love how much her personality seems to shine through in pictures and in her blog posts, she seems exactly like the kind of girl I'd love to be friends with, (and shes Irish so that makes her amazing obviously!)

I've spent the last three hours watching her on old Xposé videos. (I need to get back to Ireland to watch that  again soon!) and now I'm massively coveting her hair colour! Can I just be her?
